Latin American peacefulness

From my experiences, Latin American consistently serves up the idyllic surfing lifestyle. Sure, there are a few commercial spots. And sure, these are unfortunately increasing in number due to the business these third world economies are trying to attract. But generally speaking, great, idyllic surf and lifestyle can be found there.
